Dear Coach:

    I would like to extend a personal invitation for your team to join us for an exciting year of USSSA Girls Fast Pitch.  What an exciting year it will be as all of our tournaments lead to the USSSA World Series.  USSSA events provide your team with an opportunity to participate with the best competition in a very organized format that the Carolina's can offer. We have recently partnered with area coaches and Batting Centers to offer girls in the area an exciting opportunity to play in a new softball program. USSSA will host several events this year. We have secured some of the best venues in the Carolina's.

All of our 2008 sponsored events, entry information, dates, rules, and results can be easily accessed at any time on our constantly improving website at www.usssafastpitch.org.  This site is an absolute must see for any USSSA coach, player, or fan.

            These tournaments are for teams 8U through 18U competing in A or B/C.  There is a division for each level of play with the choice of playing as: 1) A-Elite or 2) B/C-Recreation Teams may be combined and participate in the A Division.   Our events will only be played at great facilities in the Carolina's.

    Please complete the entry forms mailed to you or those from the website ASAP to give to your team as an opportunity to participate in these events.  Space is limited for each and ONLY COMPLETE AND PAID ENTRIES will be processed in the order received.  The absolute deadline for entries into these tourneys is one (1) week prior to the date of the tourney. THIS MEANS THAT THE Carolina USSSA Office MUST HAVE RECEIVED ALL FEES BY THIS DEADLINE INCLUDING ALL ROSTER INFORMATION!
